Welcome to Zobli Innovations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.zobli.com (the "Service"), operated by Zobli Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Services Provided

Zobli Innovations provides digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and web development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for these services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zobli Innovations and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Zobli Innovations.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of our engineered growth strategies, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary platforms (e.g., website CMS, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile).
  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your business, goals, and target audience.
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are detailed in your specific service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with past-due balances. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Guarantees and Liability

While we build for longevity and engineer strategies based on deep technical expertise, search engine algorithms (including Google, Bing, and AI-driven answer engines) are controlled by third parties. Therefore, Zobli Innovations cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or immediate financial returns.

In no event shall Zobli Innovations, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Your Content & Data

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your business data. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal and business information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Service agreements and SOWs will have their own specific termination clauses.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
